ShopStaff が保存しているのは、Instagram 連携の暗号化したアクセストークン、Instagram のユーザー ID、投稿から AI がまとめたテーマの割合だけです。投稿・コメント・フォロワーの情報そのものは保存せず、表示のたびに Instagram から取得します。

ShopStaff stores only an encrypted access token, your Instagram user ID, and an AI-generated summary of your post themes. Posts, comments and follower data themselves are fetched live and never stored.

削除の方法 / How to delete

1. Instagram の「設定 → アプリとウェブサイト」で ShopStaff を削除し、データの削除を求めてください。連携データはすぐに削除されます。
   In Instagram, go to Settings → Apps and websites, remove ShopStaff and request data deletion. Your data is deleted immediately.
2. または hello@shopstaff.app にご連絡ください。30日以内に削除します。
   Or email hello@shopstaff.app and we will delete your data within 30 days.
3. ShopStaff を Shopify からアンインストールすると、そのストアのデータもすべて削除します。
   Uninstalling ShopStaff from Shopify deletes all data for that store.
